The objective of the studies is to demonstrate market demand for the specific development being proposed without disrupting other comparable properties in the same marketplace. The market studies focus on the type of low-income housing development being proposed (i.e. elderly, large family, populations with special housing needs) as well as income and rent levels proposed for the project.
